We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Global Workplace Operations to lead and oversee the strategic planning, development, and management of Workplace Operations on a global scale. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, workplace strategy, and operational excellence, with a proven ability to drive efficiency, innovation, and collaboration across diverse locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Global Workplace Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive workplace strategy that aligns with the company's vision, values, and business objectives. This includes establishing and setting clear goals for the Food & Beverage program and the Global Culture & Connection program.
  • Oversee the management of facilities, services, and resources to ensure safe, efficient, and effective workplace environments.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Workplace Operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, business units, and external partners.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace processes, technology, and sustainability practices.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support workplace design and construction projects, workplace technology solutions, and emergency preparedness planning.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and best practices related to Workplace Operations and health and safety requirements.
  • Develop and manage the departmental budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and resource allocation.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in Workplace Operations, facilities management, and employee experience to drive innovation and excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in facilities management, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Workplace Operations, facilities management, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing Global Workplace Operations in a complex and dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement long-term plans and initiatives.
  • Knowledge of workplace technology solutions, sustainability practices, and industry trends.
  • Professional certifications in facilities management (e.g., CFM, FMP) are a plus.

Additional Information

  • Able to travel domestically and internationally approximately 25% of the time
