Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of key brand strategies for Phase III anticoagulant, milvexian, including product positioning, segmentation, brand personality, etc.
• Gain experience working in close partnership with alliance partner, BMS.
• Lead selection of agency of record at appropriate time, and serve as day to day agency lead.
• Proactively partner with R&D and the regional cross functional teams to provide input into clinical development projects, product development decisions, and labeling that supports the Commercial Strategy and lifecycle management investments.
• Provide commercial input to data generation and dissemination plans.
• Proactively partner with global cross functional teams to develop integrated commercial strategies which reflect each functional perspective
• Serve as key J&J Innovative Medicine commercial partner for alliance commercial team at BMS.
• Fully support a direct report from experience, exposure and education points of view by offering ownership and accountability for key projects. Bolster career development through coaching and offering projects relevant to career aspirations.
• Continue to update TPP and align with R&D to guide continued execution of Phase III studies.
• Represent commercial view through governance process, including TA, Review Board, Development Committee and Investment Committee
• Be accountable for managing team budget
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Qualifications
Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. An advanced degree in business or life sciences is preferred
• A minimum of 8 years of pharmaceutical experience is required, including Country, and Regional or Global experience
• Must have a proven track record of exceptional team & cross functional leadership
• In-line marketing experience with senior brand responsibility is required
• Launch experience and demonstrated ability to work with regional partners is preferred
• Cardiovascular disease experience is preferred but not required. Strong clinical acumen is required.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $142,000 USD to $244,950 USD.
