Director Enterprise Data Analytics

The Director of Enterprise Data Analytics Practice will spearhead and supervise the entirety of the company's Data Analytics approach, from strategy formulation to implementation and operations. You will collaborate closely with the senior leadership team to devise strategies that use data to propel business decisions and expansion. The role also entails pioneering the creation and execution of sophisticated Data Analytics strategies. You will supervise the creation and deployment of contemporary data analytic platforms, using groundbreaking technologies like Big Data, Data Fabric, Lakehouse, and modern data ingestion and integration to advance Analytics, Augmented Analytics, Enterprise Data Architecture, and the integration of AI into Business Intelligence.
As the Director of Enterprise Data Analytics, a typical might include the following:

• Lead the development and execution of advanced Data Analytics strategies, including Enterprise Data Architecture, Augmented Analytics, AI Over BI, Scientific Analytics, and Data Products.
• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive Data Analytics strategy.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of modern data analytic platforms built on top technologies like Big Data, Data Fabric, Lakehouse, and modern data ingestion and integration.
• Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making processes across the organization, promoting a culture of data literacy and data-informed strategies.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to find opportunities for using company data to drive business solutions.
• Develop and implement data governance and data management frameworks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in Data Analytics and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement in Data Analytics practices.
• Report on Data Analytics initiatives, progress, and results to the Head of Enterprise Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence and other key partners.

To be considered for this role you must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. A Master's degree or Ph.D. is preferred. Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in a leadership role within Data Analytics, preferably in the BioPharma industry. Strong knowledge of modern data analytic platforms and technologies, including Big Data, Data Fabric, Lakehouse, and modern data ingestion and integration. Experience with advanced Data Analytics strategies, including Enterprise Data Architecture, Augmented Analytics, AI Over BI, Scientific Analytics, and Data Products.
