Sr. Enterprise Data & Analytics Manager

Farmer Brother’s is in the middle of a huge business transformation journey. It’s all about execution. We are looking for a passionate, self driven professional to lead Farmer Brothers Data Strategy. The Sr. Enterprise Data & Analytics Manager, is a hand on role with full responsibility for overseeing the implementation of Data Analytics platform. This role demands a blend of technical prowess, strategic alignment to deliver analytics to multiple business units. Collaborates with application, business, and IT stakeholders to identify the needs, and implement scalable, reliable solutions to support the business needs. A strong technical background, problem solving skills and a collaborative approach are key for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for Data & Information landscape, including analytics, aligning with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, support managers, and other stakeholders to support the delivery requirements.
• Actively lead, and manage design, development, and deployment of the analytical solutions
• Provide technical guidance, data architecture oversight, and support to the development team.
• Define and manage expectations around SLAs with business partners, and handle escalations in a timely manner.
• Manage deliverables and scope of work across multiple third party service providers.
• Proactively define and maintain standards to eliminate technical debt.
• Ensure quality of documentation as part of any technical delivery
• Ensure Data Security, PCI compliance, and drive other data best practices.
• Team leadership, coaching and development of others.
• Performance Management responsibilities of the team

Education & Professional Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, Engineering, or a related discipline. Advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ Experience in developing data platforms, including analytics.
• 7+ years in Industry experience
• Experience in Data Security, Governance and Master Data Management.
• Experience with Data Architecture, Data Management, and Analytics
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, and Power BI Platform
• Familiarity with third party integrations
• Experience with JD Edwards Orchestrator is a plus.
• Experience with any ML / AI technologies is a plus.
