The director, Global Channel DevelopmentDigital Consumer Experience Strategy role will be responsible for defining the strategic approach to delivering a seamless and best-in-class digital experience for Starbucks Channel Development globally. Additionally, this role will adapt and flex incremental initiatives based on business needs and objectives. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with teams across all Starbucks regions, cross-functional teams, and multiple Channel Development partnership organizations, including some of the largest CPG companies in the world.
As a director, Global Channel DevelopmentDigital Consumer Experience Strategy, you will:
Lead Strategy
- Understand the current internal and external landscape on how Digital Consumer Experience is coming to life
- Create a global DCE strategy and playbook across CPG that is synced with our Retail organization
- Develop roadmap and potential test-and-learns with KPIs
- Interface with Nestle Strategic Business Unit and Ready-to-Drink partnerships through partnership leads to bring strategy to life
Drive Regional Collaboration
- Guide regions in execution
- Lead knowledge sharing of regional learnings
- Share periodic updates and common DCE activities
Unlock Enablers
- Establish global data parameters
- Develop global communication guidelines for regions
Stakeholder Engagement & Co-Creation
- Global Channel Development Region Teams
- Global and in-region Digital Consumer Experience Teams
- Loyalty

We'dloveto hear from people with:
- Progressive experience in Digital Consumer journeys and experiences, 6-10 years
- Project leadership in a cross-functional environment, 6-10 years
- Experience managing others, 2 years
- Experience working with global teams, 2 years
- Progressive experience leading the development and implementation of new or existing products or strategies
- Extremely adept in highly ambiguous initiatives and work
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage through ambiguity
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
