The Kenney, located in West Seattle has a rich history of providing care to seniors dating back to the early 1900’s is under new management. We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Sales Director to help as a brand ambassador to infuse the new vision, mission and culture of The Kenney. The ideal candidate will be energetic, confident in abilities, creative, organized with experience in census development.
Position Requirements:
· Experience in healthcare Marketing/Sales/Community Relations
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in Assisted Living, healthcare or CCRC setting
· Outgoing, friendly, self-starter
· Strong knowledge of Assisted Living and Memory Care and admission process
· Working knowledge of personal computer and data entry, E-mail retrieval, Internet, contact management systems and Microsoft Office programs (or equivalent software skills) required.
· Excellent negotiation, organization, problem-solving, decision making, and communication skill also required.
· Able to function in position with minimal supervision.
· Effective and professional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
· Must have a valid Driver's License.
Salary will be based upon Experience and Proven Results

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
