- Manage customer relationship on a Global basis and will act as the key escalation point globally for all product programs, projects and operational performance issues
- Facilitate collaborative communication between all functional areas and external two-way communication between Customer and Flex Sites
- Manage the process to ensure Customers expectations are clearly defined, understood and communicated across the appropriate Flex Organizations
- Work with Design and Operations globally to ensure the appropriate Project Managers and project resources are assigned to all customer projects
- Accountable for the performance of the FPLC project team(s) and Project manager(s) and ensure all project managers, program managers and project teams adhere to the Flex Product Life Cycle Process (FPLC) process no matter where the projects are initiated from
- Attend phase gate reviews where applicable (i.e. FPLC and Customer) and monitor and review project performance with the principal Project manager and Operations Program Manager ensuring timely resolution of any issues that may arise
- Provide the necessary leadership and support to Project Managers (design, NPI, lead etc.) to manage projects in line with project management processes and associated policies and procedures
- Ensure collaborative cross-functional project team participation to effectively initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control all phases of a project or subproject to ensure work efforts are executed on time, within budget, and according to stated requirements reliably and repeatedly
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field; MBA is preferred
- Minimum of 7-9 years in progressively advancing account management and/or business development experience
- Ability to work with internal teams and executive management as well as external customers to maximize mutual benefit.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully influence senior level management, executives and key clients.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up skills
- Ability to navigate within MS Office Suite
- Ability to present concepts in an engaging PowerPoint format or other media
- Excellent communication skills (orally and written) to work with senior leadership in a cross-organizational model
