Description:

You will be the Project Engineer for the Customer Integration Team within the Engineering Project Office (EPO). Our team is supports the International Customer Programs.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Project Engineer you will be responsible for providing technical and project management for all phases of the program including: planning execution and strategy. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Acting as the primary technical interface to the government and contractor leadership as well as the functional organizations
  • Ensuring the establishment of contract milestones, monitor adherence to master schedules, utilize risk management to identify program issues and develop solutions
  • Proactively work with all functional organizations to ensure the timely execution of program activities to meet customer deadlines
  • Demonstrating highly collaborative and effective communication skills

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or technical discipline
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to address complex matter/solutions with senior leaders
  • Program or Project Management/Engineering and execution experience
Desired Skills:
  • Experience in leading and coordinating cross functionally with internal and external customers
  • EVMS experience
  • FMS experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
