We are expanding at warp speed and are adding to our team – from our sales office and shop floor locations to our remote online team members. We are a diverse, creative, and passionate crew who is always looking to discover and implement fresh, innovative ideas and make some pretty amazing things.
- Use all channels of communication in an effort to grow a base of customers 15%.
- Prospect new business 25%.
- Upsell current business 25%.
- Renew expired business by reaching out within 6 weeks from the last contact and provide new product offers 25%.
- Review current customer results and make appropriate recommendations for more effective marketing 10%.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred).
- In lieu of the above education requirements, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- 3 - 5 years Inside or Outside B2B Sales Experience (Preferred).
- Prior sales experience required, inside sales preferred.
- High volume in-bound/out-bound call experience required.
- Customer Service experience required.
- Record of achieving sales goals and quotas required.
- Marketing/Advertising/Sales background required.
- Always crush weekly, monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Well organized and detail oriented.
- Outgoing and able to create trust relationships quickly.
- You are an excellent communicator who can speak eloquently and speak confidently.
- Able to navigate computer screen, provide written information, and speak on phone simultaneously.
- Proficient in use of Internet research techniques, Microsoft office, Google, e-mail, document creation, spreadsheets, etc.
- Able to quickly learn and become proficient with software products specific to One Brand Marketing’s Sales Team (Salesforce, CRM, Fonality, etc.)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to potential and existing customers-Must Have Strong Phone Skills.
