Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 10+ years in national media sales, exceeding targets consistently.
- Profound understanding of print, direct mail, and broader media landscapes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools.
- Experience in franchising or multi-brand environments preferred.
