- Execute marketing campaigns to promote the company's brand per the direction set by the Director of Brand Marketing.
- Execute inbound marketing programs to promote Ansay content for lead generation.
- Manage and execute targeted email campaigns while coordinating with the sales and service teams.
- Analyze website and campaign data and offer recommendations for future strategies.
- Execute and manage social media plans to build brand awareness and leverage the agency brand.
- Measure and report performance of all Digital Marketing campaigns and establish and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Research and identify advertising trends to optimize spend and performance based on insights.
- Monitor paid advertising campaigns using Google AdWords and sponsored social posts.
- Source and negotiate price and placement of traditional radio spots.
- Offer monthly reporting on radio spots (reach/frequency/impressions/CPM).
- Plan and create the creative for all marketing campaigns across web, social media, SEO/SEM, email and display advertising.
- Assist in planning and updating web pages and content library on Ansay.com.
- Collaborate with agencies and other partner vendors to manage supplemental work.
- Enforce brand marketing guidelines in trademarks, logos, and publications.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned and given by the Director of Brand Marketing.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university and at least two to four years of proven experience in traditional and Digital Marketing.
- Experience developing, launching, and tracking email marketing campaigns and automated touchpoints (journeys).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords
- Experience developing, managing, and launching webinar events that will support online branded
- Focused on data, analytics, key performance metrics and insights to drive the brand message, media, and customer service optimization.
- Demonstrated experience and passion for social media, search engine marketing, online and interactive technology.
- Strong computer skills including working experience with CMS platforms, Microsoft Office, design programs (i.e., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva), email marketing platforms (i.e., MailChimp, Agency Revolution, Rocket Referrals/Client Circle), project management programs (e.g., Teamwork, Asana, Trello), social media marketing management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite), Google AdWords, GA4, and SEMrush.
- Exceptional writing and grammar skills are necessary.
- Solid organizational skills and detail oriented.
- Experience handling different file formats and strong folder management skills.
- Proficient user of all related social technology including photos, computer sites, phone, internet, etc.
- Knowledge of graphic design best practices and principles for both the print, online, collateral, internal correspondence.
- Proven track record of working effectively and independently under tight deadlines, managing several assignments simultaneously, and working with team members from different departments and at different levels within the organization.
