Position Description:
The Corporate Brand & Digital Specialist works in Corporate Communications and has primary responsibility for managing Modine’s Brand and leading development and execution of Modine’s corporate digital strategy to support the Corporate Brand. This position requires the ability to work at a strategic level and on tactical implementation, content development, and brand governance. The successful candidate will be a disciplined go-getter with solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a dynamic, growing environment. While this position involves raising external awareness of Modine’s Corporate Brand, it is not a marketing position connected to sales. Familiarity working in a B2B 80/20 environment is a plus.

Position Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Brand:
- Serve as Modine’s Corporate Brand subject matter expert; ensure communications and initiatives are consistent with brand guidelines.
- Lead development and implementation of Corporate Brand governance processes, standards, style guides, etc.
- Maintain and update Corporate Brand materials such as logos, graphics, brochure, presentations, maps, etc. Develop basic graphics and visual assets in house.
- Serve as the communications lead on internal and external projects, providing content, brand management, and programmatic support to corporate community engagement, philanthropic, and other initiatives or events.
- Design and implement special projects to raise awareness of Modine’s Purpose, Mission and Values.
- Collaborate effectively across independent business segments managing their own brands.
- As needed, support the management of external agencies to deliver high-quality materials on-time and on-budget.
Digital:
- Develop and execute overall strategy for Modine’s corporate social channels and website, including development of corporate digital strategy guidelines. This includes defining social media channels and relevant content guidelines.
- Maintain corporate website with regular content updates and audits; serve as point person for all corporate website questions; help execute the redesign of Modine’s corporate website.
- Manage or create content for Modine’s corporate digital channels.
- Work effectively across independent business segments to identify, share and amplify content based on corporate digital strategy.
- Maintain content calendars and ensure that content is scheduled, coordinated and successfully implanted; identify and use metrics to regularly evaluate content and channel effectiveness, making continuous improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in corporate digital and/or brand management that includes experience with social media strategy and content management. Experience in a corporate environment is a plus.
- Proven critical thinking and analytical skills demonstrating ability to develop and articulate preferred strategies as well as alternative approaches.
- Experience using video and graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite/Illustrator/InDesign/Photoshop, Canva, Vimeo, etc. is a plus
- Familiarity with SEO tools and analysis, WordPress, HTML and website architecture is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills, quickly establishing rapport and building productive relationships; ability to successfully navigate and resolve conflict.
- Experience being discreet and maintaining confidentiality.
- Comfortable using range of Microsoft Office 365 products.
