Position Information
Reporting to the Director of External Engagement, the Digital Marketing Specialist is a member of the External Engagement Office of the UCR School of Public Policy (SPP) and provides high-level support to the SPP and its mission, especially as it relates to raising the School's brand profile to external audiences. The hired applicant will be assisting with the SPP's various Digital Marketing efforts, including but not limited to website maintenance, social media, digital advertising, email marketing, graphic design, Zoom Webinar support, in-person event coordination, as well as photography and videography.
ABOUT THE SPP EXTERNAL ENGAGEMENT OFFICE: The External Engagement Team is charged with maintaining positive relations with the external community that may lead to future partnerships and collaborations, beneficial media coverage, and financial support for the School and its various programs; as well as with sharing knowledge and wisdom that has been developed by SPP faculty and students for the improvement of public policy decision making. The full salary range for the Digital Marketing Specialist is $27.97 - $40.33 per hour. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $28.74 per hour. This position is eligible for hybrid work. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
