This role is an in-office position for candidates within a commutable distance of our Irvine location. This role is an Exempt Salary starting at $70,000-80,000, dependent on experience. This role is open to candidates who do not require visa sponsorship.

What you'll be doing:

• Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute advanced Digital Marketing strategies for Better Debt Solutions and Better Tax Relief.
• Provide recommendations for campaign budgets, both for starting new campaigns and scaling existing ones.
• Setup, manage, and analyze Google PPC Ads, including Google Search Ads, Google Shopping Ads, Google Display Ads, and YouTube Ads.
• Create, run, and analyze paid social campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms to achieve campaign objectives effectively.
• Implement and manage remarketing campaigns across multiple platforms to maximize reach.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive metrics reports to clients to showcase campaign performance and ROI.
• Execute geo-targeting strategies to reach specific regional audiences effectively.
• Implement pixel and cookie tracking for precise performance analysis and audience targeting.
• Create and manage various lead generation campaigns, tailored to different target audiences.
• Conduct thorough keyword research, including negative and positive keywords, to enhance campaign performance.
• Utilize software tools for keyword research, competitive analysis, and campaign optimization.
• Reputation management.

What we are looking for:

• High School diploma or equivalent, Associates or Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field preferred
• 1+ years of relevant PPC experience.
• Proficient understanding of ROI-driven reporting and tracking methods for paid media advertising.
• AdWords or Analytics Certification.
• Proven track record of account management
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with a team-focused attitude, able to provide timely and clear communication to managers and colleagues.
• Highly organized, able to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive problem solver who takes initiative, accepts feedback, and follows directions.
• Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc).Google Ads, including campaign types like Google Search Ads, Google Shopping Ads, Google Display Ads, and YouTube Ads
• Proven experience with Google Analytics
• Google Tag Manager
• Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram Business & Ads Manager
