Position Summary:
The Digital Advertising Coordinator will play a crucial role in assisting the Digital Marketing Manager with the execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies across various DIGITAL ADVERTISING platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, ZoomInfo, Klaviyo, Attentive, as well as select initiatives via Amazon & Ebay. The ideal candidate should have skills & experience related to DIGITAL ADVERTISING, copywriting, data analysis, budget planning/execution, creative asset coordination, and media placement. Experience in the automotive aftermarket industry is preferred.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Go-To-Market Plans:
- Help build and maintain monthly Automotive & HVAC GTM decks with a focus on monthly/quarterly initiatives, goals, and KPI
- Gather foundational data and perform analysis to support GTM strategy development
- Assist in ideation, data/metric aggregation, information, comparisons, and strategy/executions
Media Planning and Execution:
- Assist in determining budget allocation and media mix across various channels and promotions.
- Contribute to media flighting by managing daily budget allocations by initiative/campaign.
- Help identify target audiences, create custom audiences, and review opportunities for targeted promotions & messaging.
Copywriting and Messaging:
- Assist in developing monthly outbound messaging, including halo messages, support copy, and variations across all outbound ads tailored to each advertising channel.
- Periodically update copy for evergreen Google paid search & PMAX ads.
- Assist in Email, SMS, and blog post copywriting
Creative Asset Coordination:
- Work with department managers & creative director on asset development as needed - including recommendations for copy and visuals based on insights and trends.
- Review proofs, provide feedback, and handle the finalization of creative assets for campaign use.
- Provide non-marketing sales channels with initiative-specific assets as needed
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Facilitate communication and coordination with the sales department & channel leaders to align GTM plans with individual channel efforts.
- Maintain ongoing communication to remain in-sync across channels & provide resources related to individual components of the GTM strategy.
Campaign Execution & Ongoing Management:
- Execute the GTM plan as approved by management.
- Analyze campaign performance, provide regular reporting and insights, and conduct daily optimizations.
Email/SMS Marketing:
- Develop email content calendar, aggregate assets, and write copy for outbound email communications
- Optimize current email and SMS marketing strategies with support from marketing team & platform contacts
- Ongoing optimization of automated flows focused on driving sales
Marketplace Coordination (Amazon/Ebay):
- Align with GTM and overarching advertising goals as needed for marketplace initiatives.
- Participate in bi-weekly calls and contribute to the improvement of marketplace performance.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
- Manage lead generation and automated flows, including email communications and targeted outbound advertising.
- Develop creative assets, write copy, analyze performance, and optimize strategies.
Financial Coordination:
- Maintain visibility on all outbound marketing spending
- Ensure budget allocation & execution aligns with monthly/quarterly plan
- Communicate with accounting department on any billing issues
Experience, Skills & Education:
- Proven experience with DIGITAL ADVERTISING platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, and others.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create actionable insights from data.
- Excellent copywriting skills tailored to various digital channels with expertise in the B2C and automotive industry.
- Ability to manage creative processes and provide constructive feedback.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective cross-departmental communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
