We are looking for an experienced and goal-driven Digital Marketing Manager to develop and oversee the execution of our Digital Marketing strategies, as well as run the day-to-day operations.

This is a full-time onsite position
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the Digital Marketing budget, and will be expected to set campaign objectives and KPIs and monitor the performance of our Digital Marketing initiatives.
You will determine the right platforms for different types of content, spearhead paid advertising, manage content production, and fine-tune ongoing campaigns to boost engagement, brand awareness, and sales.
Our ideal candidate for this role is an experienced marketer with a strong background in content marketing, paid advertising, social media marketing, email marketing and graphic design. You must also possess excellent creative skills and be able to excel in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
- Craft and implement an all-encompassing social media plan across various platforms to enhance the ONTHEMARC brand, and emphasize our commitment to quality service and showcase our distinctive approach to culinary innovation.
Content Creation & Graphic Design:
- Lead the development of compelling visual content across all social media platforms, embodying the unique energy and vibe of ONTHEMARC. Strategize and schedule social media posts to maintain audience engagement. Produce high-quality content, capturing our atmosphere. Prior excellence in graphic design is essential for this role to ensure the creation of visually stunning narratives that resonate with our audience.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Harness the power of data analytics to mold social media strategies, offering valuable insights that guide future approaches and optimize content. Continuously scrutinize and communicate social media performance metrics to refine tactics, boost engagement, and drive revenue growth.
OTHER:
- Marketing Project Management: you’ll coordinate diverse tasks like email campaigns, digital ads, newsletters and more. You’ll ensure accuracy, meet deadlines, and streamline workflows.
- Communication across all departments and with vendors is key, and you’ll contribute ideas for process improvements
- Visual website updates in Show It, as well as responding to reviews
- Newsletters: yearly calendar of topics, newsletter development - content and imagery
- Press Liaison, as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
