Job Description;
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Ecommerce Marketing Manager to Join Our awesome marketing team! As the Digital Ecommerce Marketing Manager at our company, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the overall company's marketing & eCommerce strategy. This includes strategizing, planning, developing and executing content plans, overseeing the generation of promotional materials and campaigns, monitoring performance analytics, website traffic, SEO analytics, PPC KPI\u2019s and product performance and products sales. As the Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager, you will oversee, lead and/ or work the entire marketing & ecommerce team which is comprised of a web designer, PPC expert, graphic designers, social media manager, content writers, eCommerce strategist & SEO expert. As the marketing business leader, managing all aspects of the marketing budget plays a critical role of the departments success, so it is very important that you have a firm understanding of managing a marketing P&L which include items such as marketing/ ad spend, PPC budget/ spend, labor/ personnel management and overall grasp and understanding of maintaining a solid marketing budget and forecast.
In short, digital ppc, marketing & eCommerce strategies are central to our company's success, so your role will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives in 2021 and beyond. You will work on site out of our Redlands / Loma Linda offices and this is a full-time position, not a contracted position.

Day to Day Responsibilities;
\u2022Orchestrate all aspects of a strategic ecommerce plan. Combine existing expertise in sales, marketing, technology and management to deliver a superior brand and shopping experience for all customers.
\u2022Oversee the ecommerce websites and brands. Manage the overall user experience, including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns.
\u2022Be a key component in developing the effective planning and execution of an ecommerce strategy, working cross-functionally with teams to ensure QA and timely publishing of all web content.
\u2022Participate in building and directing a team of ecommerce professionals that can effectively help develop and execute creative ecommerce solutions.
\u2022Direct integrated campaigns that will deliver an increase in conversion rates, overall order size and managing margin performance across a variety of product lines.
\u2022Own and manage Internet marketing solutions, social media integration, SEO and other monitoring methodologies and analytics.
\u2022Provide thought leadership, innovation and process optimization initiatives such as implementing ecommerce software and other industry best practices.
\u2022Identify new areas of ecommerce opportunity beyond current brand offering.
Requirements
Job Requirements;
\u2022Seasoned professional in the digital retailing market, B2B and B2C experience a plus.
\u2022Extensive knowledge of ecommerce technologies and tactics, especially in PXM, DAM, MDM software\u2019s as well as sophisticated analytics.
\u2022Experienced specifically in eCommerce / eRetail platforms and/ or marketing place platforms such as; Shopify, WordPress, Amazon Seller Central, eBay
\u2022A self-described data wizard able to interpret data and draw conclusions to implement new ecommerce strategies.
\u2022Proven leader with experience both managing teams of 6-8 people and execution of large eCommerce projects.
\u2022Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives.
\u2022Proven success developing, executing and maintaining sophisticated digital commerce brand strategies by leveraging Product Experience Management (PXM) platforms, successful delivery of business value, near and mid-term growth for a brand.
\u2022Passionate about search marketing & PPC (Google Adwords Individually Qualified or Bing Ads Accredited Professional
\u2022In touch with the latest technology and trends
\u2022Have 5+ years of SEO/ PPC/SEM/ Paid Social experience
\u2022Experience managing Google Adword campaigns, Facebook Advertising,
\u2022The ability to analyze various data and make data-driven decisions
\u2022Knowledge of anything Zoho is a plus (we use Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho PageSense, etc)
\u2022Knowledge of Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and other Third Party Marketplaces is a plus
\u2022Excellent verbal and writing skills
\u2022In-depth experience with PPC industry tools
\u2022Positive attitude & incredibly enthusiastic
