LUSA values collaboration, creativity, initiative, and performance. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement marketing programs to generate demand and grow the LUSA brand. The role involves creating Digital Marketing plans, staying up to date with the latest digital and customer trends, and managing our LUSA e-commerce site. Applicants should have digital acumen and excellent time management. This role will report to the Director of Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive Digital Marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, website traffic, and sales, including organic and paid search, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Manage several marketing agency partners, providing clear direction, evaluating their performance, and ensuring alignment with our overall marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the Marketing creative team and cross-functional teams in product development, sales, and customer service to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless customer journey.
- Analyze campaign performance through key metrics and data and continuously optimize strategies based on insights; create reports to show what worked and what was less effective.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing emerging Digital Marketing trends and technologies.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with key influencers and partners within the design and home décor space.
- Oversee the creation of engaging content that showcases our products, educates consumers, and inspires design choices, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, and email campaigns.
- Embrace innovation and bring fresh ideas to the table, constantly seeking new ways to connect with our target audience.
To succeed in this role, the Digital Marketing Manager must be strategic, an excellent communicator, effectively manage marketing campaigns, and analyze data effectively.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Teamwork and collaboration with the Marketing team, other departments, and external contacts
- Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized while managing multiple campaigns at the same time
- Start-up DTC experience a plus
- Strong understanding of SEO and PPC principles
- Ability to analyze data, observe trends, evaluate and report on the success of initiatives
- Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
- Experience with Paid Social Media platforms
- Experience with Google Analytics and other analytics programs
- Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office, etc.
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or relevant role
- BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience required
Salary range is $80,000 to $130,000 (depends on skills/experience).
Potential to work remove 1 day per week after first 90 days employed.
