Job Description
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, or Paid Partnerships.
- 2 years creating paid and non-paid content for a multitude of channels including email, social, search, marketplaces, etc.
- 3+ years of experience in paid and organic social media platform knowledge.
- Experience developing and maintaining influencer and loyalty programs.
- Excellent Organizational skills. Effectively manages multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven track record of defining and executing campaign strategies that deliver against funnel metrics and KPIs.
- Excellent written and communications skills.
- Work with autonomy.
- Do not hesitate to share ideas and take feedback which is not your approach.
- Work well in a collaborative environment.
- Create and implement various marketing strategies that are in line with the overall marketing goals and content calendar.
- Manage influencer partnerships, contract negotiations, content planning, and feedback provision. Manage loyalty program optimization such as member acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Create content for Digital Marketing channels, not limited to email, social, search, website, and marketplaces
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including metrics such as engagement, reach, returning customer rate, ROI, and more.
- Work with brands' key licensing partners on marketing activations, product development, packaging and more to ensure brand integrity
- You will report to the Director of Growth.
- Salary: $70k - $90k DOE
