Summary:
We are looking for a SID E-Commerce Digital Marketing Asset Analyst intern to join Justrite Safety Group’s 2024 Summer Internship Program. This position can be located at our Brooksville, FL location or fully remote. The Digital Marketing Asset Analyst intern will work with the E-Commerce Customer Service Manager and Project coordinator to migrate ComplianceSigns.com digital assets to a new platform, use existing information to develop material and product specification sheets for public consumption, analyze negative margin order data, and other projects.
Responsibilities
- Assign descriptive tags and key focus topic categories to existing digital assets.
- Migrate and organize all digital assets into new management platform with newly assign tags and categories.
- Develop SOP for future processes for new asset creation / upload.
- Assess and analyze the existing spec sheets to identify gaps and areas in need of improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the merchandising and production departments to gather updated material and manufacturing information required for spec sheet revisions.
- Participate in the development of new spec sheet templates or collaborate with the creative team to create visually appealing and informative spec sheets.
- Conduct an analysis of identified negative margin orders to determine the underlying factors contributing to the adverse financial outcome.
- Formulate well-considered and actionable solutions to rectify the root causes responsible for negative margin orders.
- Assist in establishing a framework for continuous monitoring to assess the effectiveness of the implemented measures in improving margins.
- Critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and high level of organization.
- Proficient level of experience in Excel, the ability to effectively analyze and extract data from spreadsheet files.
- Intermediate Graphic design experience. (preferred)
- Punctual, dependable, self-motivated, and self-directed.
- Ability to take direction and work well with others.
- Ability to prioritize, manage, and focus time on the activities that will drive results.
- Attend department and company meetings and participate in proactive team efforts.
- Participate in cross-training within and outside of the native department as needed.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned.
- Must be a current Junior or Senior pursuing an undergraduate degree.
- 10-week commitment
- Willing to travel to Deerfield, IL or other location for Intern Training Week
- Deliver a comprehensive presentation to management and executives at the end of the summer.
