About the Business Area/Department:
Become an integral part of the greater media department within Amadeus. Our Web/SEO team is exclusively focused on the creation & SEO optimization of customer websites and their organic traffic generation. We work alongside our website implementation team to develop & launch new websites and also work with our Digital Media team to strategically align on SEM/SEO deployment.
Job Description
In this role, you'll be introduced to the Digital Marketing Suite offering overview (difference between ongoing & implementation tasks). Activities will include the following:
Overview of all website implementation tasks
Website performance presentations (Data pulls)
Sitemap/screaming frog audits
GA4 first-level tracking issues
At the end of this internship, you'll have a basic understanding of the NORAM Digital Media Team & Digital Marketing(SEO) and how they connect to play a part in the overall campaign & website success.
Intern Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally
Ability to anticipate risks and take appropriate action
Work with cross-functional teams to efficiently complete Digital Marketing/website projects.

Job Description
In this role, you'll be introduced to the Digital Marketing Suite offering overview (difference between ongoing & implementation tasks). Activities will include the following:
Overview of all website implementation tasks
- Sitemap assessment (Friendly URL structure)
- Content Optimization
- GA/GTM implementation
- 301 redirections
- Pre & and site-launch processes
Website performance presentations (Data pulls)
- Quarterly Web Performance Review Overview
Sitemap/screaming frog audits
- Base audit to ensure new image alt text is implemented
GA4 first-level tracking issues
- Identify potential causes for common tracking issues, FAQs about GA4 from clients, Media and Sales team etc.
At the end of this internship, you'll have a basic understanding of the NORAM Digital Media Team & Digital Marketing(SEO) and how they connect to play a part in the overall campaign & website success.
- Successfully assist in launch of a website (basic bundle). Understand the importance of each SEO optimization task to the website's organic search success.
- Successfully interpret an SEO performance Report and website overall performance by channel, device, and audience.
Intern Requirements:
- Junior or Senior in Mass Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or Business Administration.
- Computing: Basic understanding of the purpose of programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and other relevant coding languages; familiar with a Design process, and basic understanding of UX and Usability & Design tools.
- Languages: English as primary language; Spanish is a plus but not necessary.
- Specific Knowledge: Experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, Content Marketing, Google Analytics, and Paid Media preferred.
- Other: Hospitality industry knowledge
