At CrowdComfort, we help our helping some of the world’s largest organizations return to the office healthy, safely and productively. Our two products, mobile apps and analytics dashboards for employee requests and cleaning maps, are used by facilities and real estate teams to better track, report and execute on operations to create a great healthy workplace experience for employees with emerging opportunities in K-12 school districts and universities and colleges.
To meet this goal, we not only need to improve how we build, market and sell our solution but a key ingredient will be how build our brand awareness with our core customers and partners.

We are a small, nimble and high-performing team of 20+ people and are looking for someone to hit the ground running, learn quickly and help to build the foundation for marketing at CrowdComfort.

The ideal candidate will show the following:
- A strong sense of purpose and urgency that makes them self-directed, flexible and empathetic
- An appreciation for a good question and overall inquisitive nature
- A personal interest in technology and not just what it does but the impact of it on business goals
- Appreciation for teaching moments and how these can be leveraged in marketing strategy
- An advanced ability to convey thoughts and value in your writing
- Only for current college student and/or co-op or recent grad (either from MA or from a MA college or university)
Bonus Skills but not requirements:
- Previous marketing and start-up experience is a plus!
- Previous experience with marketing automation such as Hubspot and sales tools like SalesForce
- Previous experience with Excel, Google Sheets and crunching data
- Previous experience with design tools like Canva
- Previous experience with social media marketing, content writing, etc.
As a Marketing Intern, you will be working with the Senior Director of Marketing Chris Brablc to build out the foundation for CrowdComfort’s marketing strategy. This means that projects will vary depending on need and timing but you can expect to gain experience and lead projects in demand generation, blogging & content creation, marketing automation and Salesforce reporting, customer marketing, sales enablement, product marketing and/or event marketing.
