The Crocs, Inc digital team is seeking two internship roles for the Summer 2024! We are seeking individuals excited to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic team. These internships provide a unique opportunity to work on real-world projects that impact business growth. In addition to getting fundamental experience, you will also find: mentorship from your team, exposure to end-to-end e-commerce operations and networking opportunities within the organization.

What You'll Do

• E-commerce Operations: Assist in the day-to-day operations of our online store, including product listing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Digital Marketing: Support the teams driving campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email, and paid advertising.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitor activities, and provide insights to enhance our online presence.
• Content Creation: Opportunities to support content development to create engaging product descriptions, images, and other content to optimize product pages.
• Product Listings: Assist in creating and updating product listings on our eCommerce platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness of product information.
• Analytics and Reporting: Use analytics tools to generate reports on eCommerce performance, customer behavior, and sales trends.
• Testing and Optimization: Participate in A/B testing and optimization initiatives to improve website functionality, user experience, and conversion rates.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless eCommerce operations.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong curiosity about eCommerce and online retail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detailed with the ability to multitask and meet milestones.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of eCommerce platforms.
