We are seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. The Digital Marketing Associate will be crucial in implementing Digital Marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, drive lead generation, and support our overall marketing objectives within the IT services sector.

Requirements:

• Proven work/internship experience in the marketing field
• Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g., online tools and social media)
• Some knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
• Understanding of web design
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to execute sales and marketing campaigns by leading brainstorming sessions for internal and external projects.
• Meet with clients and partners to plan and implement marketing campaigns for brand building and lead generation, aligning with overall company goals and sales targets.
• Execute specific marketing goals.
• Collaborating with sales, marketing, advertising, product design, and product development team members to plan promotional marketing campaigns
• Contribute to lead-generation and customer-acquisition activities, such as sales enablement, media promotion, networking, trade shows, and events.
• Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets
• Develop digital campaigns to increase web traffic
• Analyze sales and marketing metrics
• Research the market to identify new opportunities
• Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products
• Address advertising needs
• Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels
