Digital Marketing Assistant/Associate

eheat, Inc. is on the search for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Assistant/Associate to bolster our marketing efforts and support our Digital Marketing Manager by increasing our bandwidth and efficiency, which, in turn, improves our strategic marketing goals and grows our company. As a family-owned entity that prides itself on its grassroots values, we are in the business of manufacturing distinctive heating solutions that are recognized worldwide. Our aim is to welcome like-minded individuals into our rapidly growing team. This role is crucial for the seamless operation of our marketing endeavors and requires the candidate to work on-site, as we do not offer remote working options for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Support, improve, execute, & measure the success of Digital Marketing strategies.
• Support in managing the brand's design, voice, and messaging.
• Help analyze and report on e-commerce and advertising performance metrics.
• Contribute to the management of our social media platforms and community engagement.
• Have familiarity with E-commerce platforms (experience with BigCommerce is a plus).
• Support the optimization and comprehend the performance of PPC campaigns and social media strategies.
• Assist in collaborating with influencers to enhance brand visibility.
• Help manage the production of multimedia content (photos, videos, graphics) for our product listings and websites.
• Support efforts to measure, test, and optimize the website for better search engine visibility.
• Assist in creating, proofreading, and editing various forms of content, including website copy, blog posts, case studies, email communications, and press releases.
• Support SEO initiatives, including keyword research and the use of Google Analytics.

Skills/Requirements:

• Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of social media KPIs, web metrics, and SEO principles.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to take initiative and embrace new ideas.
• Reliable, organized, with adept problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with digital and traditional marketing principles, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (not required, but experience is a plus), email marketing platforms, Google Marketing/Analyzing products, and CRMs.
• Basic ability to edit HTML for email and web content is a plus.
• Solid organizational and project management skills.
• A foundational understanding of social media strategy and content optimization for social platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
