Ultradent, an award-winning, global dental manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced, talented Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team. The Digital Marketing Analyst will be responsible for not only facilitating access to data but translating it into actionable objectives. This analyst will be a vital contributor to the way we shape our online business, so we are searching for a confident, enthusiastic team player who is able to work with stakeholders across the company.
- Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs through Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other data sources.
- Create and maintain performance dashboards and reports for our global eCommerce and lead generation teams.
- Work constantly with UX/CX designers, channel strategists, turning data-based insight into opportunities for site and marketing refinement, running split tests, customer segmentation, and other data-driven tactics to optimize the digital experience for our customers.
- Increase lead generation and site conversion and advocate for improved customer experience, driving more automated activities and reserving personal contact for true service/sales opportunities instead of data entry.
- Act as Analytics admin, including managing users, creating new success metrics, and defining and maintaining campaign tracking.
- Analyze customer behavior in online and offline settings to optimize online performance, thinking creatively to uncover new correlations beyond the obvious.
- Generate monthly and quarterly reporting to brand managers, upper management, and other stakeholders, using data gathered from Google Analytics, HubSpot, Power BI, and other sources to identify trends and opportunities in web and Digital Marketing activities.
- Provide accurate, convincing, and effective presentations to stakeholders to assist our team in growing online business through best practices and data-driven decisions.
- Lead our analytics implementation and online data collection using our Tag Management System
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED AS A DIGITAL MARKETING ANALYST:
- At least 3 years of web analytics and web marketing experience is ideal
- Bachelor's degree in related field (Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Business, Technology, Marketing, or Mathematics), or a certification in web analytics
- Proficiency with a web analytics toolset like Google Analytics 4 (preferred), or Adobe Analytics
- An understanding of global data privacy laws and changes in cookie-based tracking
- Be highly analytical, logical, detail oriented, and persuasive
- An understanding of web-based technologies and languages including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

- Experience with SEO or A/B/n Testing is a plus
