What are we looking for?
As a Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) Intern, you will play an important role supporting SentinelOne’s customers while de-escalating customer issues. Through this role, you’ll get exposure into the cybersecurity industry. If you are motivated and results-driven and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.
What will you do?
- Providing customer support and service to clients
- Communications with internal and external partners
- De-escalating and documenting incidents from customers
What skills and knowledge should you bring?
- Must be currently enrolled in a full-time, degree-seeking program with an expected graduation date in 2025
- Interested/willing to learn about cybersecurity
- Have an interest in sales and the ability to demonstrate leadership skill
- Proven ability to learn new technology quickly, adapt to changing needs and
- possess strong analytical skills
- Enthusiastic, driven and confident: the ability to clearly and persuasively articulate the company’s mission, product and business opportunity
