United Delivery Service is seeking a creative and dynamic Digital Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in crafting compelling Digital Content that showcases our delivery services, communicates our brand message, and engages our target audience.

Job Title: Digital Content Creator

Location: Oakbrook Terrace, IL

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $50,000-$75,000

Responsibilities:

· Delivery Service Promotion:

o Develop and create engaging content that highlights the speed, reliability, and efficiency of our delivery services.

o Utilize various digital platforms to promote our delivery solutions and showcase our commitment to customer satisfaction.

· Social Media Management:

o Curate and manage content for our social media channels, tailoring the content to resonate with current customers’ and promote engagement with potential ones.

o Use social media platforms to communicate company and technology updates, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.

· Campaigns:

o Collaborate with the leadership team to create and execute a variety of digital campaigns including HR related and customer facing campaigns.

o Showcase our delivery services' impact on our current customers and the benefits that our service provides.

· Customer Testimonials:

o Collect and share customer testimonials through digital channels to build trust and credibility.

o Work closely with customer service to highlight positive customer experiences and address common inquiries.

· Logistics Education:

o Develop educational content that can be used for various reasons such as driver training, employee training, as well as general education on the industry to be consumed both by current and potential customers.

o Use multimedia, such as infographics and video content, to simplify complex logistics concepts.

· Collaboration with our Customers:

o Help forge relationships with both current and potential customers via content creation that highlights the strengths and benefits of our delivery services.

· Brand Consistency:

o Ensure all Digital Content aligns with the United Delivery Service brand guidelines, presenting a unified and recognizable brand image.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Digital Content Creator, preferably with background in the delivery/logistics or any general service industry.

· Strong portfolio with willingness to showcase and share past content creation.

· Proficiency in graphic design tools, video editing software, and other multimedia tools.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

· Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
