Experience managing social media accounts with a large following and/or public figures
Successfully crafted collaborative and partnership content to elevate brand presence and voice, demonstrating a solid understanding of ROI
Analytical skills with proven ability to garner valuable insights from social reporting tools to drive informed decision-making and optimize social campaigns and efforts
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Located in Houston, Texas
Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, Marketing Manager or similar role
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creativity and a keen eye for visual design
Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing trends
Responsibilities
As Social Media Content Creator & Manager, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and implementing content strategies across all social media platforms
Your primary goal is to enhance brand visibility, engage our current and growing audience and drive user interaction
Content Creation: Develop and create high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging photo and video content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest and others
Collaborate with management and PR team to develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy across various platforms aligning with channel growth goals and the company's overall marketing and business development objectives
Platform Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a content calendar across all social channels to ensure a consistent posting schedule, balancing promotional, editorial and partnership content with lifestyle posts while growing an engaged audience
Monitor and manage social media accounts, including posting schedules, responding to comments, and maintaining a consistent brand voice
Trend Analysis Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, social media algorithms and strategies to ensure content remains relevant, effective and engaging to our audience
Community Engagement: Foster and nurture a community around the brand by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and participating in relevant conversations
Develop thoughtful collaboration strategies and campaigns for project vendors, brand partners and industry colleagues
Visual Storytelling: Utilize multimedia elements, including images, video, and graphics to create compelling stories and convey brand messages
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media campaigns
Provide regular monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including graphic designers, copywriters and marketing managers to ensure cohesive and integrated campaigns
