Are you looking for an opportunity to make an impact with a dynamic company? Our client, an international company with US headquarters in New Jersey, is seeking a Digital Content Creator to join their Marketing team. This is a full time, onsite employment opportunity.
In this role you will:
  • Create and curate captivating content tailored for diverse digital platforms, including but not limited to social media platforms, blogs, newsletters, and the company website. Utilize creativity and strategic insight to develop content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop comprehensive content strategies that align with overarching business objectives. Contribute innovative ideas and insights to enhance content effectiveness and support various marketing initiatives.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving consumer behaviors. Conduct thorough research to understand market dynamics and competitor strategies, applying insights to continuously refine content strategies and maintain relevance.
  • Produce dynamic multimedia content, including visually appealing images, captivating videos, and informative infographics. Ensure that all content adheres to brand guidelines and effectively communicates key messages while resonating with target audiences.
  • Develop and maintain detailed content calendars to ensure consistent delivery of content across all digital platforms. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to plan and schedule content releases, taking into account seasonal trends and campaign schedules.
  • Monitor the performance of content initiatives using relevant analytics tools and metrics. Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, adjusting content strategies and tactics accordingly to maximize impact and engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including design, product development, and sales, to ensure alignment of content with brand standards, product messaging, and promotional campaigns. Foster a culture of collaboration and communication to streamline content creation processes and maximize efficiency.
  • Stay abreast of the latest digital media technologies, tools, and platforms. Explore innovative ways to incorporate emerging trends, such as augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and interactive content, into content strategies to enhance user experience and engagement.
  • Implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve content visibility and organic reach. Ensure that all content meets accessibility standards, making it easily accessible to users with disabilities and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the content team. Encourage experimentation, feedback, and knowledge sharing to drive innovation and elevate the quality and effectiveness of content initiatives over time.

Requirements include:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • Demonstrated success in previous roles as a Digital Content Creator or in a similar capacity, showcasing a portfolio of engaging and impactful content across various digital platforms.
  • Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and experience leveraging web traffic metrics to inform content strategies and drive growth.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and understanding of their respective audiences, trends, and engagement strategies.
  • Ability towork independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) or similar graphic design software tools, enabling the creation of visually compelling content assets.
  • Experience with video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
  • Understanding of visual design principles and best practices
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to optimize content performance and develop future content strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a collaborative mindset and the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams.

This role offers a salary starting at $55,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes employer-paid medical health insurance, 401(k) matching, and a generous allocation of 14 days of Paid Time Off.
