Job Description
- Implement the overall content strategy for the Customer & Employee Experience team
- Review web content requests and make regular content updates to Inside Adobe sections, ensuring searchability, accuracy and adherence to design guidelines
- Build and maintain relationships with Customer & Employee Experience stakeholders
- Act as the main point of contact for content management of third-party sites managed by the Employee Experience teams.
- BA/BS degree in Communications, Marketing or similar field.
- 1-3 years of experience with web content management
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics a plus
- Strong writing and editing skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated understanding of information architecture, web design and usability best practices
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently to successfully manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
- Ability to manage cross-functionally, persuade, influence and build relationships to achieve program objectives
- Incredible organizational skills and relentless follow through.
- $28.46 to $37.95 per hour.
