WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
Saving Grace offers a competitive total compensation package! The salary for this position is $65,000 per year depending on experience. We offer a hybrid/flexible work environment with a 35-hour work week. Saving Grace also offers 3 weeks of PTO that elevates to over 6 weeks of PTO at your four-year anniversary and 12 paid holidays - all Federal Holidays plus International Women’s Day, Juneteenth, the day after Thanksgiving, and a floating holiday to be used at the employee’s discretion. As part of the complete compensation package, Saving Grace offers benefits which include medical, dental, and life insurance, as well as a 3-5% match of employee contributions to a 403(b) account and a childcare reimbursement stipend. Saving Grace is seeking a Development Director to lead our Development Team.
This position will Develop and execute Saving Grace’s annual fundraising, marketing, and social media strategies. They will oversee the Development Team in developing and nurturing relationships with donors, subscribers, volunteer fundraisers, media, and nonprofit partners. The Development Director will secure financial support from individuals, businesses, foundations, and groups. They will oversee organization of events, open houses, presentations, awareness campaigns, canvassing, e-news, media releases, media events, and website. The successful candidate will be an experienced grant writer and outstanding public speaker.
Saving Grace does not have any degree or educational requirements or expectations.
Position is full time, 35 hours per week, $65,000/yr depending on experience, plus generous rewards/benefit package.
