The salary range for this role is $45,000-$50,000.
What you’ll be responsible for:
You will be part of the Integrated Fundraising team, which uses data to improve donor relations and help move prospective donors to action. You will perform administrative tasks, data management, and work with colleagues across the organization to assist with Salesforce data needs that help further JUF’s mission to make the world a better place for everyone.
What you’ll be doing:
- Become proficient in performing tasks in Salesforce including reporting, data entry, responding to cases, editing/entering account details, and conducting maintenance to support colleagues across the organization. Adhere to Salesforce policies and procedures and maintain integrity of information.
- Serve as Contact Case Data Manager (CCDM) and participate in the Contact Quality Team (CQT) to support and maintain data integrity in Salesforce.
- Assist team with functions related to project giving and grants (e.g., processing donations, entering grants, pulling reports, creating billing statements and acknowledgement letters).
- Support JUF campaign integration on an ongoing basis and provide general support for all JUF campaign events, phonothons, and special events.
- Schedule meetings and relieve team of miscellaneous clerical work and routine administrative and business tasks.
What you need to succeed:
- College degree from accredited institution or equivalent experience.
- Strong professional, interpersonal, organizational, and written and oral communication skills.
- Skill and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other database system is desirable. Capability of learning Salesforce is required.
- Ability to staff occasional evening/weekend events, with advanced notice (about 5-7 evening events per year and one weekend event per year).
