HOURS: FULL TIME, MONDAY – FRIDAY
RATE: 20.00/HR $1 INCREASE AFTER 90 DAYS
Bill Luke Automotive is seeking a Detail Admin to join our team. The Detail Admin will be responsible for providing administrative support to our car detailing department. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Writing Repair orders and purchase orders
- Assist with billing and invoicing processes
- Performs general admin tasks
- Setting appointments
- Sending correspondence to customers
- Processing Gila coat claims
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Perform all other tasks as needed with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
- Previous dealership or experience in the auto industry preferred
- Team player attitude
- Answers and screens incoming calls
- Some admin experience
- Must have strong computer skills
- Must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Able to pay close attention to detail
- Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record
