```Duties```
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop systems, software, and hardware issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and applications
- Set up and troubleshoot VPN connections for remote users
- Assist with the setup and configuration of mobile devices
- Utilize ServiceNow ticketing system to log, track, and resolve user issues
- Perform hardware repairs and upgrades as needed
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Conduct software troubleshooting and provide guidance to end-users
- Maintain inventory of desktop equipment and software licenses
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience in Desktop Support or a related role
- Strong knowledge of operating systems including Windows and Linux
- Familiarity with computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience with VPN setup and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in mobile device setup and configuration
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
