Desktop Support Technician
• 8-5 Monday-Friday, no on call
- Experience in Warehouse IT Support technologies
- Experience in the warehouse Equipment’s such as handheld scanners and all type of printers
- Troubleshooting Thermal printers such as , Line, Barcode, Label, impact printers, tag printers, iPad
- Coordinate with facilities issue such as UPS, and Power outage issues, Network issues,
- Need to travel between nearest warehouses such as Windsor locks, Suffield, Westfield whenever required.
- Ability to work with warehouse directors, supervisors, admins, and shift managers.
