Rate Range: $30-$32/Hr
Job Description:
- A+ or willing to get A+ 60 days after conversion
- SCCM Imaging .
- Asset management.
- All our work comes from Service Now ticketing system .
- Must be detailed and process oriented, able to work independently following detailed steps and be able to document troubleshooting steps taken and maintain daily ticket status.
- Break-Fix support, changing system boards, hdds,laptop LCDs etc. o Good trouble shooting skills both HW and software.
- IMAC – Receiving equipment, unboxing and deploying (set up, breakdown) Responsible to ship and track equipment to remote users and track returns documenting everything in the ticket
