Job Description: Provides day-to-day technical support to employees for network infrastructure and internal desktop systems software and hardware.
You are responsible for:
- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktop systems, workstations, servers and network issues in a heterogeneous environment.
- Maintaining passwords, data integrity, and file system security for the desktop environment.
- Communicating highly technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.
- Recommends hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades.
- Participating in development of information technology and infrastructure projects.
- Assisting in conducting training programs designed to educate an organization's computer users about basic and specialized applications.
o May be internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Typical Education and Experience: High School Degree or equivalent.
- 3-5 years' experience in Desktop Support role and ability to trouble shoot Network connectivity issues.
- Experience with Service Now.
- Ability to communicate effectively with users.
- Must have troubleshooting, analytic, and problem solving skills.
- Works effectively in teams.
- Familiar with business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with HCM (e.g., Workday) or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired.
- Familiar with Zscaler.
- Experience dealing with Executive level.
- Familiar with Microsoft Intune.
- Ability to lift up to 35lb and moving throughout the 3-acre campus with multiple buildings/floors.
- Must have prior experience installing/configuring Zebra printers, Brady printers and Client scanners.
- Experience with Dell hardware is a big plus
- Two years experience with Client printers and Safecom.
