Helpdesk/Desktop Support Technician (Hybrid)
We have an immediate need for a Helpdesk/Desktop Support Technician to join a leading provider of trusted in-home senior care. The organization is completing a migration to Office 365 and needs a Helpdesk/Desktop Support Technician to provide end user support.
Location: Irvine, CA or Dayton, OH (Hybrid)
This Job Pays: $25 – 35 per hour
What You Will Do:
- Provide frontline support to end users during the migration to Office 365.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365 administration and desktop support for applications such as Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Ensure seamless integration and functionality of Office 365 applications within the organization.
- Understand and address the support needs of users in an environment utilizing Office 365.
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize Office 365 performance and user experience.
- Utilize Microsoft Intune for device management and security configurations (experience with Intune is highly preferred).
What Gets You The Job:
- Relevant certifications in Office 365 administration and support (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus.
- Proven experience in Tier 1 or Tier 2 Helpdesk/Desktop Support roles.
- Proficiency in Office 365 administration and troubleshooting.
- Strong desktop support skills for Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Familiarity with the support needs of users in an Office 365 environment.
- Microsoft Intune experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
