Description:
TEKsystems is partnering with a local client in the search for a Desktop Support Technician to join their team. This person will work onsite in Stoughton, WI in the support of level 1 & 2 issues for internal end users.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting internal computer networks, ensuring security and performance of systems, and providing technical support for internal users.
- Installs, modifies, maintains, and provides support for operating systems, software, hardware, etc.
- Configuring and repairing hardware and software
- Provides support for IT project work
- Utilizes a ticketing system to log issues, report resolutions, and assign to other groups as needed.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 - 3 years of IT support experience as well as a passion for delivering exceptional service.
