- This is a migration project from a Windows 10 environment to Windows 11.
- TIER II Hardware and Software Support
- Good Communication
- Customer Service is a must
- Deskside Support to assist with Migration Effort
- Great with MS Technologies
- Ability to learn and want to learn new things in a changing environment.
- Flexibility to move from one project to another
- Will be adjusting to different technologies and someone that can wear different hats.
- Experience with deploying hardware
- SERVICE NOW Experience is needed and a huge plus. Will look at this and could be deciding factor
- SCCM experience. They will be transitioning from SCCM to Intune so having Intune knowledge would be great as well.
