Summary: The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for the preparation of maps, illustrative exhibits, plans and civil construction drawings for residential commercial, resort and industrial site development projects and for infrastructure improvement projects, including roadways, drainage, utilities and parks for private and public sector projects.

- Roadway Plans, Profiles and Cross Sections.
- Utility Plans and Profiles.
- Site Grading Plans.
- Drainage Plans.
- Erosion Control Plans.
- Construction Details and Specifications.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Land Development civil engineering design and plan production using AutoCAD Civil 3D (Candidate will be required to undergo pre-employment proficiency evaluation in the use of AutoCAD Civil 3D).
- Proficiency in site geometric design, grading design, drainage design and utility design is desirable.
- Proficiency in the use of 3DS Max, SketchUp and/or ArcGIS is beneficial but not required.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Highly organized with good time management skills.
