Peak NA Energy Ltd. executes projects related to the wood product industry, solid and wood fiber process solutions, biomass related projects, involving thermal and electrical power generation, wood fiber drying systems and other related project. PNA Energy has offices located in both BC, Canada and near Mobile USA. Peak NA Energy is currently seeking technical personnel to fill numerous positions of engineering, design, project management, production control, estimating, purchasing and related positions.

The team will be located in BC, Canada and near Mobile, Alabama, USA. The company is involved in projects throughout North America with exploratory possibility in other international regions.

The company is currently interviewing for the following positions.

• Mechanical Design Technologist
• Electrical Desing Technologist
• Project / Equipment Estimator
• Project Managers
• Production Control

These positions are to support current and future projects from inception through to completion, with the ability to grow and lead projects and project development.

General Skills & Qualifications required for consideration with the various positions:

• Applicants should have an engineering qualification from a recognized accredited institute with related experience;
• Practical experience in industrial equipment and machine design, plant layout and process flow is preferred;
• Proficient with applicable software;
• Good working knowledge of applicable codes, regulations and safety procedures;
• Solid project management skills, with a focus on developing and maintaining project budgets and schedules;
• Good oral & written communication skills;
• Proven tract records of working in similar projects and industry.

The right candidates should be able to work easily with current staff as part of the Company wide team and contribute to a positive work environment. Preferred candidates will be technically confident and well organized with a strong attention to detailed work and a desire to follow a project through all stages from conceptual design to completion at the jobsite.
