Project Take Off / Estimating Specialist / HVAC, Plumbing, Piping

Responsibilities:

• Quantity takeoff of plumbing, hydronic piping and ductwork systems for estimating and production
• Interact with vendors via email and phone
• Order prints
• Prepare submittal books
• Prepare operation and maintenance books for project closeouts

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word
• Knowledge of ductwork, hydronic piping and plumbing preferred
• Desire to follow a detailed process
• Mechanical construction experience a plus
• Blueprint reading a plus
• Experience with Quotesoft and/or Procore a plus
