Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee our construction projects. The Construction Site Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Construction Site, including coordinating and supervising construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing project timelines and budgets. This position is a traveling Site Manager that will assigned to any given project for approximately 6-12 months at a time. Subject to change depending on business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Manage and oversee subcontractors and construction teams, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, to ensure project objectives are met.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, project look ahead.
- Manage project timelines, making adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between onsite and offsite teams.
- Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and progress.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Site Manager or similar role.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols in the construction industry.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in using construction management software and tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different Construction Sites.
Working Schedule:
- Onsite: 4 weeks
- Work from home: 1 week
