Salary Range: $50k to $65k plus sales commission benefits (Holiday pay, PTO, Simple IRA, medical, dental, vison insurance, vehicle and phone allowance)

General Accountabilities
Under the direct supervision of the RYCO Design Group Sales Representative(s), this position is responsible for helping ensure RYCO Design Group?s sales goals, quality of service and customer service standards are consistently met by supporting the RDG Sales Team and meeting customer needs. The Design Build Sales Associate is an ambitious, driven self-starter with a strong understanding of the sales and project implementation process. He/she will be a quick learner who has an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. In addition, they will be able to:
- Represent RYCO Design Group values and image
- Attend and help prepare for meetings with RDG Sales Representative; record notes; distribute accordingly to client/design team
- Accompany RDG Sales Representative to various client meetings; on-site and in-office meetings, jobsite walks and measures
- Create RDG client presentation package of plotted drawings, proposals, material package (photos/physical samples) and review for accuracy
- Pull appliance specifications for job packets if required and follow up on timeliness of vendor quotes/orders
- Be called on to assist in design work directly or indirectly with client if required
- Clarify, interpret and frequently communicate meeting notes, site visits, project decisions and designs to Senior Designer and Design Team
- Pick up and deliver project materials; perform on-site measurements
- Able to create and present proposals, obtain pricing and price approval
- Able to work closely with Sales Representative and Senior Designer to assist on designs if needed (Dynascape platform/AutoCAD program knowledge a plus)
- Communicate in a professional and courteous manner with trades, vendors, clients, and company staff
- Manage client/job files (hard file, scanning into digital file, financial file)
- Cold calling, sales calls, seasonal follow-up
- Work with Design/Build team for Construction Work Order Opportunities
- Proactively anticipate problems and execute solutions in support of client satisfaction
- Resolve and/or Report project related issues in a timely manner
- Keep client informed of project status, deliveries, trades, delays
- Available to assist and support in company?s departments through the seasons
- Attend training and trade shows along with other parts of product training to continue to foster product knowledge and growth

Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Landscape Sales and/or Landscape Account Management.
- Valid Driver?s License
- Proficient in Microsoft Software ? Outlook, Excel, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint
- Basic electrical and construction design knowledge a plus
- Ability to learn BOSSlm software via video training and on the job as needed
- AutoCAD or AutoCAD LT experience preferred
- Minimum of Associates/bachelor?s degree preferred; Design/Construction background preferred
