SalarySCHAUMBURG DENTAL OFFICE SEEKING EXPERIENCED DENTAL RECEPTIONIST FOR WEDNESDAY 10-5:00,ONE SATURDAY 10-2 :00 & SOME REMOTE hours (about 12 flexible hours)
``Duties```
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Verify patient insurance coverage and collect necessary information
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Handle billing and payment transactions
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns
```Experience```
- Previous experience in medical administrative support or patient service is preferred
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a dental or medical office setting is a plus
- Proficiency in using phone systems and Softdent software.
- Knowledge of dental office procedures and terminology is beneficial
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 12 per week
