SalaryWe are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, collecting payments, and providing administrative support to the dental team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent customer service skills. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must know Eaglesoft.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients.
- Answer phones and take messages.
- Schedule appointments and maintain patient records.
- Verify insurance coverage and process payments.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry.
- Provide customer service to patients and families.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
