We are seeking a talented General Counsel to join our team and lead our legal department. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate law, contract negotiation, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance within the technology sector. This position will ensure that Illumio always operates within the law, offering counsel on legal issues, and limiting risk exposure.

Legal Excellence and Advisory:

• Provide timely and expert legal advice to executive leadership, enabling informed decision-making and risk mitigation.
• Ensure legal compliance across all aspects of the organization's operations, promoting integrity and ethical conduct.

Strategic Contract Management and Transactions:
