Receptionist Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Efficiently handle patient check-in and check-out processes.
- Promptly answering calls and addressing patient queries with empathy.
- Ensuring exceptional patient experience from the front desk to the dental chair with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Accurately verifying patient insurance details.
- Keeping patient records current, including treatment plans, medical histories, and other essential documentation.
- Scheduling to have a smooth flow of daily appointments for patient satisfaction and office productivity.
- Communicating with other offices for referral
- Assisting with internal and external marketing
- Explaining Treatment Plans with clarity and confidence
- Prior experience in a dental office setting is essential for this role.
Dental Assistant Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Provide chair-side assistance to dentists during various dental treatments, ensuring patient comfort and efficient procedure flow
- Responsible for the upkeep of dental tools and equipment, and the preparation and organization of treatment areas for each patient.
- Perform precise digital radiography tasks, capturing and developing clear X-ray images for patient diagnosis.
- Uphold strict sterilization standards by thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting dental instruments in line with our infection control policies.
- Offer a warm welcome to our patients, gather essential health information, and help them feel at ease as they prepare for their dental treatment.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills
- A high school diploma or its equivalent is required; completed dental assistant certification
- Experience in a dental assistant role necessary
Registered Dental Assistant Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Provide chair-side assistance to dentists during various dental treatments, ensuring patient comfort and efficient procedure flow
- Responsible for the upkeep of dental tools and equipment and the preparation and organization of treatment areas for each patient.
- Perform precise digital radiography tasks, capturing and developing clear X-ray images for patient diagnosis.
- Uphold strict sterilization standards by thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting dental instruments in line with our infection control policies.
- Proficient in fabricating temporary crowns and bridges
- Familiarity and experience with Implants, a plus
- Offer a warm welcome to our patients, gather essential health information, and help them feel at ease as they prepare for their dental treatment.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills
- Current Registered Dental Assistant License
- X-ray and Coronal Polish certification
Skills Required for All Positions:
- Great communication skills, with an ability to make interpersonal connections.
- A customer-first attitude.
- Knowledgeable of dental practice software, Dentrix a plus
- Able to efficiently juggle different tasks without missing a beat.
- An eye for detail and ability for solving challenges.
- A solid understanding of dental procedures, tools, and terminology is essential.
- Experience with dental practice software and scheduling tools.
- Must be well-versed in infection control procedures and committed to maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Pay: $17.00 - $23.28 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
